Super foods that prevent the risk of Heart Attacks

It is cleared that heart diseases are preventable if you consume healthy diet. The risk of heart diseases increases day by day due to the unhealthy diet like processed foods. As per medical research result, people who don’t consume processed foods are rarely experience heart diseases as compare to other. People with unhealthy body weight always suffered with heart diseases. According to the medical report published in Circulation, consuming foods in the raw form reduce the risk of dying from the heart diseases.  Here are the lists of super foods that well known for health benefits and minimizes the risk of various health problems including heart attack.

Oranges
Everyone loves orange fruit which has immense health benefits like control blood pressure, cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart failure. This fruit fully packed with soluble fiber known as pectin that block the absorption of cholesterol and keep blood pressure under control.  
Kale
Around the world, leafy green vegetables are famous because of their heart-healthy nature. In addition, these vegetables are loaded with antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, folate, potassium and vitamin E. Kale is well known super food which has ability to reverse cardio vascular diseases. Apart from that, Kale contains lutein that prevents the risk of atherosclerosis.
Garlic
Garlic has the medical properties because it prevents the risk of plaque and reduces blood pressure. It is found that garlic is very effective to ratchets down an enzyme known as angiotensin.
